Time files, I have been to work in Boda for three months unconsciously. These three months make me feel cheerful and substantial. Boda has excellent corporate culture and broad space for learning and developing, it’s my pleasure to work here.

Boda, namely the corporate spirit “struggle this moment and hope for the future, the mission will be achieved”. Boda is a corporate with international vision, focuses on responsibility and strategic, collects multilingual and professional talents. Fortunately, I have been listened to our chairman to tell us the grand strategy, this encouraged and inspired me and broadened my horizons.

The leaders are aggressive and approachable. They concern about the employee’s work and life, help us to solve the difficulties in life. The leadership style and temperament can affect us naturally. During our work, the colleagues work carefully and communicate friendly, we care for each other and help each other.

My translation job, maybe insignificant in many state-owned enterprise, but is the core sector in Boda. The company leaders pay attention to our sector, this make me feel a great responsibility. The staff in company are chasing with each other, so I have to try my best to learn and work or I will drag on work.

The company leaders still optimize all aspects of the work and team building, not only encourage us to offer the advice and suggestions, but also provide us many innovation spce.

I cherish this job, love the family in Boda and strive for Boda actively. I am proud to be one of Boda staffs, and wish Boda better in the future sincerely.
