In history, on September 27, 1821, Mexico was independent from Spanish rule. I was fortunate join into Boda as a Human Resources Manager on September 27, 2017 and I feel honored.

Although less than two months for I work here, every day, I felt that my colleagues showed different levels of enthusiasm, hard work and enterprising spirit. Each colleague is dedicated to the job and keeps improving.

I feel Boda has a strong sense of national. The corporate vision of "becoming a vanguard of Chinese companies and an international company with global influence"I feel Boda has long-term strategic thinking and perseverance fighting spirit. Dedicated to global business layout and operation, the real estate sector in Latin America is dominated by Mexico.After ten years of struggle, the company harvested first project-The Mexico Tower in Mexico City.The layout of the five major industrial sectors, co-ordinate the integration of resources, and promote the smooth development of all businesses.I feel Boda shows the spirit and responsibility of a large country, a strong sense of public responsibility for the friendship between China and Mexico.A 7.1 magnitude earthquake happened on September 19, 2017 in Mexico. After the disaster, chairman of Boda who is visiting Mexico paid a visit to the Mexico City government square and donated 10 million U.S. dollars to Mexico City government. All this is too numerous to mention one by one, not only to say so but also to do so.

What Boda needs to do is a great undertaking. Bodaer have a strong sense of mission and responsibility. In order to realize the great rejuvenation of the country and the nation can’t be separated from the continuous struggle and development of every Bodaer.

Nowadays, human resources departments are increasingly prominent for the development of enterprises. Human capital management is regarded as one of the important systems for the long-term strategic planning and implementation of enterprises.The traditional personnel work has been unable to meet the requirements of the development and management of modern enterprises. It is true that the company has made staged achievements in building a human resource system. As the company entered a new journey, it also set higher demands on human resources management.For me, in accordance with the stage of enterprise development, it is still need a long way to build an integrated human resources management strategy system and capability.

I will continue to maintain and promote Boda spirit: loyalty to the motherland.Constantly maintain and influence the surrounding people to self-improvement, self-renovation, self-improvement, so that all Bodaer can keep same high degree in the ideal, the concept of value and morality with the company.We should constantly improve our understanding of our thinking in an international perspective, the overall situation, the core and the consciousness in our work.Combine the professional theoretical knowledge with the actual situation of the enterprise effectively. The two interact and gain each other, and constantly improve their professional knowledge and skills.It is a long-term task to build a well-structured, scientifically standardized and well-functioning institutional system and to develop and nurture a variety of knowledge-based, skilled and innovative talents, accomplish each short-term task efficiently and successfully, as your monthly, weekly and daily work.
