?As for many people, the 1st work in our life is a must for us to transit from school life to career life with extremely special meaning.

As a young and inexperienced graduate, it is a great honor for me to enter into Boda Group.  Thanks for Boda Group to give me such a platform to develop my own potential abilities unlimitedly.

Different from other companies, being filled with stress, hidebound or oppressive, the work environment in Boda Group is convenient and relaxed, like in my own house.  There are some excellent and steady-going colleagues; what’s more important is that the senior leaders in our company have a kind of verve being majestic, fatherly, overall planning and extremely careful.  They are the examples and power for my following study; they make us unite together and develop together with the company.

The operation of Boda Group is in an orderly way and of humanization.  As a foreign-related enterprise, Boda Group has set up a bridge for the communication of eastern and western culture.  The fusion of Chinese and western culture and the exercise of inflexibility and yielding have integrated the western wisdom into the inheritance of motherland culture, letting us gradually develop ourselves towards professionalization and internationalization.

After my arrival at Boda Group, I feel that I am getting mature fast day by day, gradually breaking away from the mentality of procrastination and irresoluteness in former student time and developing towards dexterousness.  The former life status looks like in the tower of ivory with no stress from life, fantasy more than reality and enjoying life more than creation for life.  During the work in Boda Group, I become more earnest and prudent.  More deep comprehension and recognization are reflected in work and in the communication with others.  When coming across the  troublesome problems, I will not choose to escape or delay but to find the solutions at the first time and continuously and bravely to go forward.  I wish I could pay back the grace of parental rearing with my own efforts and make my life more beautiful and substantial.

The work in Boda Group is the 1st one for me.  I hope to have the honor and shame in common with Boda Group and make the “1st one” to be the “only one” so as to make my own contribution for the prosperity of Boda Group.
