I am Zhang Yi, from LangfangCity of Hebei Province. I came to a subsidiary of BODA Group for experiences and toughening. Along my working path in the company, I witness the recent development of BODA Group. Eventually, I joined BODA Group officially in May 2015 as an administrative assistant in the administrative department of BODA Mohua International Holding Co., Ltd.

For me, BODA Group is a new environment unlike any other I met before. All the people and things I meet here are new. As a new employee, on one hand, I actively get to know and adapt myself to the new environment, on the other hand, I show my advantages to the company and set up good interpersonal relationship based on the sufficient trust and cooperation. In addition, I keep my high passion to study all the time, adding my knowledge and improving my skills for the development of the company. I sometimes puzzle and feel pressure in my work. However, I believe that I will success if I bravely stick to walking toward my goal with the right mind and enough confidence. So I will continue to pursue sublimation of my personality and topay much attention to my behavior.

In BODA, either in any signing ceremony, at home or abroad, or in any meeting, large or small, or in any business banquet, I can use my knowledge accumulated for more than a decade. I devote all myself to work just because I love my job, for that I know only active action will bring abundant accomplishment. I treat every assignment from my leaders carefully, fully attentive and meticulously. I actively learn various professional knowledge needed for my work and industriously improve my working level. Fortunately, as I know, BODA Group cares for every employee and provides enough space of learning and performance for its employees.

I have learned much knowledge during this period, feeling full and happy regardless my tiredness. I am hereby grateful to those leaders andcolleagueswho helped me in this period. Thanks to their meticulous care and patient help, I could be able to release myself from nervous mood, to adapt myself to working environment as soon as possible and to devote all myself to work.

The challenges are being intensified along with the development of the society and the increase of information. So, in addition to taking my full advantages, I have to improve my qualities by learning others' experience. The development goal of BODA is magnificent and profound. The development of the company means the development of every employee. I believe that I am able to seize the opportunities to face the challenges together with BODA. As its employee, I feel infinitely proud. I believe that the pride will devote myself to work with more passion.
