2016 is the preparing year for our company’s overseas construction project from design stage to implement stage.

This project will come into implement stage in 2017.

With the development of company, staffs need to promote their self-comprehensive ability constantly to meet the needs of the business development, and their working attitude determine their working results.

“How to be an excellent staff” is one of the required course for every staff in their development road, also is the thinking and summary topic in their working process.

On November 4, 2016, the company organizes some staffs of Beijing company have a course about “how to be an excellent staff”, Mr. Peng Zhixiong gives a lecture. Mr. Peng is the excellent manager in construction enterprises for lots of year and is an outstanding representative of the theory with practice.

This course mainly in the form of teach and case analysis, from how to set up the good work attitude to how to be an excellent staff, then how to achieve yourself when you face to difficulties, finally, combine with the life feeling tell staff the process from ordinary to excellent.

A large number of case and experience sharing help staffs understanding and grasp the course content easier. All of the participant concentrate on the course content, during the interactive discussions, staffs can think earnest, express their views and opinions, the atmosphere is positive and active.

During the course, lecturer recommend three books, “ One Minute Understanding Konosuke Matsushita”, “ The Letter to Garcia” and “ Detail Decides Success or Failure”, hope these books can bring some ideas and inspiration to everyone.

Due to many staffs go abroad to work because of the business development, they can’t attend the course at the scene, company has share the training courseware to the enterprise’s learning platform, if necessary, staffs can download to learn.
