Communication is a kind of activity that is natural, necessary and omnipresent.  As an important interpersonal communication technique, communication has extensive use in daily work and life and large effect.  Only with fluent communication and up and down together could the team cohesiveness be promoted effectively.  With the continuous development of our businesses, the requirements for staff’s all work abilities will be increased step by step.  Excellent communication has already become one of the necessary work abilities for the staff in each position and keeping the effective and fluent communication could enhance our daily work efficiency.  Therefore, our group organized some staff of Beijing branch to carry out the communication meeting of training on Practical Communication Techniques on July 4th, 2016.

The content of this training communication meeting includes 4 parts: general description on communication knowledge, reasons for non-influent communication, communication concept in career and the promotion for communication ability.  This course was hosted by director Xue Changkai.

Before developing the content of this course, the HR department had had interviews and investigations with some staff and gathered some questions and confusion met about communication widely existing in daily work.  By the connection of actual situations in work, this course had specifically conducted training activities and emphasized to explain the content of workplace communication techniques and promotion of communication abilities.  The ways for giving lessons gave priority to teaching, case analyzing and discussion.  The staff not only listened and thought carefully, but also actively took part in the sections of discussion and interaction.  The atmosphere in class was vibrant and the learning atmosphere was also dense.

After the course, the leaders of our company gave affirmation for this training course and showed expectation to our staff that the training activities should focus on their effects and insist the long-term results; what’s more, we should have definite objectives and pertinence.
