    The 5S, gradually recognized by global management circle, is a kind of management method originated from Japan, which has made great contribution to the building of corporate images, the reduction of cost, the delivery on time, safe production , high standardization, the building of the relaxed and happy working places and the improvement of site etc.
    In order to unify the staff daily behavioral norms and make the working environment arrive at the standard of standardization management, the Department of HR of our company organized the staff to conduct the subject training on 5S Management on Aug.14, 2015, in which the staff performed actively and carefully during the training and enthusiastically took part in the section of questions and answers on the training with the environment being lively.
    After the training, all the staff expressed that a lot of achievements had been reached during this training and immediately implemented the theoretical knowledge into the actual work.  As a result of good training effects, the staff wish to have more similar trainings to be held by the company so as to know more advanced management theories, commonly create a nice working atmosphere and set up a learning organization.
